We had meetings and interviews, we were told that we were in a "difficult market" and that our price expectation was probably too high. Open house inspections were advocated by all agents (we did not want) and auction was suggested by a few (also did not want). Jordan Williams had recently sold a friend's house, she was very enthusiastic that we meet with him. He was located in a distant suburb, a relatively new, one-man agency. He told us that our price was high, but he would get very close, he said he was totally happy with "Inspection By Appointment" and that his job was to sell our house with the least inconvenience and disruption to us. we signed with him after our 60 minute meeting. Well, we were on the market for 3 months, every one of the 12 inspections resulted in an offer and our sale was negotiated to within 5% of our asking. Our satisfaction with Jordan Williams is 100%. Totally recommend this boutique agency! "
