Facilities and Attractions
In many ways, Mermaid Beach has retained its seaside charm while other coastal suburbs have boomed with development. You can still recognise the Mermaid Beach of twenty years ago if you drive along the Gold Coast Highway today. That said, Mermaid Beach is now a hot spot for contemporary drinks and dining, hosting popular venues such as Etsu Izakaya, Bonita Bonita, Glenelg Public House and The Cambus Wallace. The northern edge of Mermaid Beach is within a stone’s throw to the Broadbeach entertainment precinct.
Mermaid Beach boasts two surf clubs (Mermaid Beach and Nobby Beach), retail, a sprawling beach, and some of the most exclusive beachside real estate the Gold Coast has to offer. It’s located 9 kilometres from Robina Railway Station, and is situated either side of the Gold Coast Highway. Final Thought Mermaid Beach is an iconic Gold Coast beachside suburb which still maintains its coastal charm. Millionaires’ Row remains one of the most sought-after stretches of Gold Coast real estate, and that won’t change anytime soon. Any investment in the beachside suburb looks very safe for years to come.
