We had meetings and interviews, we were told that we were in a "difficult market" and that our price expectation was probably too high. Open house inspections were advocated by all agents (we did not want) and auction was suggested by a few (also did not want). Jordan Williams had recently sold a friend's house, she was very enthusiastic that we meet with him. He was located in a distant suburb, a relatively new, one-man agency.
