Palm Beach is approximately 6.2 square kilometres, with 35 parks that cover around 13.3% of its total area. It is bordered with Burleigh Heads to the north, Elanora to the west, and Currumbin to the south. It is approximately 92 kilometres from Brisbane CBD, 23 kilometres from Southport, 9 kilometres from Coolangatta, and 74 kilometres from Byron Bay.

Palm Beach is a true beachside suburb, with most properties located within a short drive to the sand. Additionally, there are waterfront homes situated on the canal system which links with Tallebudgera Creek. In recent years, Palm Beach has experienced rapid growth and development. Palm Beach Currumbin State High and Palm Beach State School are the notable education options within the suburb. It’s located 13 kilometres from Varsity Lakes Railway Station, and is situated within close proximity to both the M1 and Gold Coast Highway.
